About this website
This website provides information about E-Therapy Australia’s telehealth psychology services and allows you to submit an enquiry. It does not process payments, create user accounts, or host member content — enquiries are handled by email, and clinical intake, consent, and billing are managed through our Halaxy practice management system once you’re accepted as a client.
Using this website
You may browse this site and submit an enquiry form for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
– use the site for any unlawful purpose
– attempt to scrape, automate, or interfere with the site’s normal operation
– submit false or misleading information via the enquiry form
Our right to decline service
We assess the suitability of telehealth psychology for each prospective client, and may decline to provide services based on that assessment, at our discretion. Where this happens, we’ll try to point you toward appropriate alternative support.
